At RCE Accessories, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we offer returns and exchanges subject to the following terms and conditions:
We accept changes within 2 days. You can get a refund back to the original payment method if you have the original receipt or proof of purchase. If you do not have proof of purchase, we will be happy to exchange your items. It only applies if the product is new and in a re-saleable condition with consumable components and accessories still sealed and with the packaging and all packaging materials present.
1- Faulty Returns.
If you received damaged or missing parts product must be reported within 2 days, so it can be returned and replaced
2. Eligibility.
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition unused, and in the same packaging as received.
- Items returned must be in their original sale condition
( unworn and unused with all original packaging and labels) - Cannot be returned for change of mind reasons.
- Returns and exchanges are only accepted within [2] days from the date of purchase. After this period, we may not be able to process your request.
- Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange earrings for hygiene reasons.
- Certain items, such as personalized or customized products, gift cards, and clearance items, may not be eligible for returns or exchanges. Please check the product description or contact us for more information.
3- How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@rceaccessories.co.uk within the eligible return period
- Provide your order number, the reason for the return or exchange, and any relevant details or photographs.
- Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item and any applicable return shipping labels
- * If the customer has paid the credit card, a refund will be made to his account, and a confirmation email will be sent to him.
- Shipping costs from online purchases and click-and-collect are non-refundable
4- Processing Time
- Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return eligibility.
- If the return is approved, we will process your refund or exchange within [10] business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
